Cristy Ciarloni has an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix and is a member of NALA, the Association of Legal Assistant/Paralegals. In the near future, she will be enrolled as a first year law school student at California Desert Trial Academy College of Law where she hopes to become an extraordinary legal advocate when she completes school.
She has had the pleasure of working under Melanie Roe for the past three years and in doing so she has been educated, trained and coached by the best. She is confident in the skills she has learned and is excited to take her legal career to the next level. She assists Attorney Melanie Roe in client interviews, witness coordination, service of subpoenae, testifying at trial, often participating as an absented witness at trial by reenacting transcribed testimony from prior hearings. She prepares trial notebooks, transcribes page/line summaries of testimony, advances client concerns immediately to Attorney Melanie Roe, as well as assisting Attorney Melanie Roe with the preparation, filing and service of pre-trial and trial motions.
